TAXES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
US orders over $100 will qualify for free shipping. All other shipping costs will vary based on weight and shipping location, and will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery for each order.
International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.
UPS and DHL have suspended substantially most operations in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. Nearby areas may be affected as well and therefore are not guaranteed.
All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.
Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org

Please allow 1-2 business days handling time for all orders placed with our expedited shipping option and 2-3 business days for delivery. Please note that the delivery time may not be guaranteed once it is in possession of the carrier.
Please note that we can only offer international shipping for orders totaling over $100 USD.
All customers will receive tracking details via email upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions.
Exchange Program is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package.
Please note that original shipping charges cannot be refunded for any returned packages marked as a policy dispute or order refusal.
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from https://exchange--program.com. Item(s) purchased from https://exchange--program.com may be returned within 14 DAYS of receiving shipment at the customers expense and must be must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund.
Please note that all refunds are only able to be processed in the form of STORE CREDIT.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund.
To receive the address for returns, you must obtain an RA# by emailing email@example.com with details of your purchase and reason for return.
